Interview Prep
Are you ready to have a conversation and present your best self?
If you made a positive impression during a networking event or submitted a resume, you are invited for an interview. The recruiter or hiring manager will be evaluating you to see if you meet the organization’s needs, your ability to contribute to their team, and if your personality is a good fit. The interview is your opportunity to sell yourself, demonstrate that you can help them achieve their goals, and gather the information that will help you make a decision.
The amount of interview time is limited, so preparation is crucial. You have control to be more relaxed, confident, knowledgeable, and convincing. You need to be able to communicate your achievements, to tell your success stories in a way that is effective and relatable to the potential employer.
Career coaching will help strategize your interview preparation by anticipating questions, preparing answers, and practicing, generating questions for you to ask. Interviews start before you even say hello; you should expect the unexpected and know that the close counts too.
Are you ready to present your critical skills and experience, provide examples, and connect those with how they will directly benefit the employer?
